The Ministry Of Provincial Government and Institutional Strengthening (MPGIS) is responsible for ensuring that good governance measures are filtered down to the country’s provinces through its Provincial Governments. The Ministry’s Provincial Government’s Strengthening Program (PGSP) takes the lead in working with its other Divisions and other line Ministries, Government Agencies and Provincial Governments as well as other institutions to ensure that the administration of provinces and delivery of services adhere to the characteristics of good governance that include:
